The aim of the seminar is for participants to better understand the concept of single-cell protein, including methane-oxidizing bacteria protein, hydrogen-oxidizing bacteria protein, and yeast protein. Besides, the corresponding technologies regarding waste-to-protein will be introduced in detail. Each presentation will last for 15~20 min, and there will be 10 min for the Q&A part.
